苯甲酰腙柔红霉素(Rubidazone)(简称RDZ)为柔红霉素的衍生物,比柔红霉素抗肿瘤活性强,但毒性小。作者用RDZ治疗急性白血病和肉瘤患者。170例患者均每日静注RDZ4毫克/公斤,连续5天。治疗第10、15、20天检查骨髓。
Benzoylhydrazone Rubidazone (RDZ) is a derivative of daunorubicin, which has stronger antitumor activity than daunorubicin but low toxicity. The authors used RDZ to treat patients with acute leukemias and sarcomas. 170 patients were daily intravenous injection of RDZ 4 mg / kg for 5 days. Bone marrow was examined on the 10th, 15th and 20th day of treatment.
