目的了解武汉市男性18~55岁职业人群超重和肥胖相关知识知晓情况,为开展相关健康干预提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取武汉市18~55岁男性学生、公务员、企业管理人员、事业单位人员4类职业人群,测量其身高、体重并进行问卷调查,调查内容包括基本情况,超重和肥胖相关知识,采用描述流行病学方法对结果进行分析。结果共调查1 415人,获得有效问卷1 359份,问卷有效率为96.04%。调查对象中以18~30岁(37.7%)、月均收入以3 000~4 999元(37.8%)、文化程度以硕士及以上(57.0%)、婚姻状况以已婚(59.5%)为主,超重者441人,占32.5%,肥胖者100人,占7.4%。不同年龄、婚姻状况、职业、月均收入调查对象的肥胖相关知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),其中51~55岁人群相对其他年龄段知晓率最高。对超重和肥胖者应控制体重的知晓率最高(90.6%,1 231/1 359),对导致超重与肥胖因素的知晓率最低(27.7%,376/1 359)。结论武汉市男性职业人群对超重和肥胖相关知识的认知不太理想,应有针对性地向不同职业人群开展相关知识宣传教育。
Objective To understand the knowledge of overweight and obesity among men aged 18-55 years in Wuhan and to provide evidence for the related health interventions. Methods A total of 4 occupational groups of male students, civil servants, business managers and public institutions from Wuhan city were enrolled in the study. The height and weight of the occupational groups were measured and the questionnaires were surveyed. The survey included the basic conditions, overweight and obesity Knowledge, using descriptive epidemiological methods to analyze the results. Results A total of 1 415 people were interviewed, 1 359 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the effective rate of the questionnaires was 96.04%. The survey subjects were 18-30 years old (37.7%), average monthly income of 3 000-4999 yuan (37.8%), educational level of master’s degree and above (57.0%), and marital status as married (59.5%) , 441 were overweight, accounting for 32.5%, 100 were obese, accounting for 7.4%. There were significant differences in the awareness rate of obesity related to different age, marital status, occupation and average monthly income (all P <0.01). Among them, the awareness rate of the age group 51-55 was the highest among other age groups. The rate of awareness of overweight and obesity should be the highest (90.6%, 1 231/1 359), with the lowest awareness of overweight and obesity (27.7%, 376/1 359). Conclusions The cognition of overweight and obesity related knowledge among male occupational population in Wuhan is not so good. Relevant knowledge publicity and education should be targeted to different occupational groups.
