目的探讨广东省计生服务人员专业培训需求。方法采用自行设计的计划生育服务人员专业培训需求的问卷进行调查并统计分析。结果对师资队伍、教学形式等指标评分相对较高(平均4.3分),对培训时间指标得分相对较低(平均3.5分),对培训内容指标的得分波动较大。不同单位、性别、学历、专业、从事本专业时间者的需求侧重点不同。结论应注意学历教育与短期专业培训相结合,结合社会需求,选择合适授课老师,加强计生专业技术、医患关系处理、临床相关技能等方面培训。
Objective To explore the professional training needs of family planning service workers in Guangdong Province. Methods Self-designed family planning service staff training needs of the questionnaire for investigation and statistical analysis. Results The scores of teachers, teaching forms and other indicators were relatively high (4.3 points on average), relatively low scores of training time indicators (3.5 points on average), and the scores of training content indicators fluctuated greatly. Different units, gender, education, professional, engaged in the professional time of the needs of different emphases. Conclusion It should be noted that academic education and short-term professional training combined with the needs of society, select the appropriate teacher to strengthen the family planning expertise, doctor-patient relationship handling, clinical skills and other aspects of training.
