浙江省富阳市是一个县级市。1994年开始初中生心理辅导目标的研究，逐渐将心理健康教育在全市推广。在此基础上，1999年9月启动“区域性推进中小学心理健康教育的研究与实践”，至今已有较为成熟的发展思路，并在实践当中获得明显成效。本栏简要摘登其主要实施方法，以期给全国各地区域性开展心理健康教育提供借鉴。u0013?
