西班牙新的培训立法帮助伊比利亚航空在今年10月推出了维修专业学位课程。伊比利亚航空的培训实践伊比利亚航空抓住西班牙培训法规改革的契机,从10月起,正式推出了一门新的职业学位课程——飞机维修和发动机维修。这一职业学位课程在北欧地区引发了很大的反响,因为西班牙是一个十分偏重学术教育的国家。在过去,西班牙培训立法规定,在18个月的理论学习后且具有3个月以上的工作经验者方可参加职业课程学习。
Spain’s new training legislation helped Iberia launch a maintenance-professional degree in October. Iberia Aviation Training Practice Iberia took the opportunity of reforming Spanish training regulations and formally launched a new vocational degree program since October - aircraft maintenance and engine maintenance. This vocational degree program has given rise to great repercussions in the Nordic region because Spain is a country with a strong academic focus. In the past, the Spanish training legislation stipulated that after 18 months of theoretical study and more than 3 months of work experience, vocational education may take place.
