本试验结果表明,在玉米萌发胚中,(1)Px基因的表达过程与玉米种胚萌发过程是一致的,其表达顺序和表达频率均受控于遗传调节;(2)Px基因有稳定表达型和可变表达型之分,其中可变表达型Px基因的表达模式能够在一定的遗传背景中以特定的“单基因转换体”和“双基因转换体”的形式发生特定方向的遗传转换;(3)Px基因表达模式发生D→R转换的原因之一是“隐性上位”;(4)两对连锁基因表达过程中结合状态的改变可以引起它们之间的遗传距离随之改变。
The results showed that (1) the expression of Px gene was consistent with that of maize embryo germination in the germinating embryos of maize, the expression order and frequency of Px gene were controlled by genetic regulation; (2) the Px gene was stably expressed Type and variable expression type, in which the expression pattern of the variable-expressed Px gene can undergo a specific direction of genetic transformation in the specific genetic background in the form of specific “monzygous transformants” and “dual gene transformants” ; (3) One of the reasons for the D → R transition of Px gene expression pattern is “recessive host”; (4) The change of binding status between two pairs of linkage genes can cause the genetic distance between them to change.
