中国资本市场在几十年的时间里,经过了从无到有、从简单到复杂、从漏洞百出到基本完善的一个漫长而艰辛的过程,资本市场在我国的经济建设中发挥了重要作用。本文从中国资本市场的发展现状入手,指出了当前资本市场在发展中存在的问题,结合资本市场发展大环境,探索了完善我国资本市场缺陷的对策,并讨论了我国资本市场的未来发展趋势。旨在实现我国资本市场规范化,促进我国经济发展。
In decades, China’s capital market has undergone a long and arduous process from scratch, from simple to complex, from loopholes to complete improvement. The capital market has played an important role in the economic construction of our country. This article starts with the current development of China’s capital market, points out the problems existing in the current capital market development, explores the countermeasures of perfecting the defects of China’s capital market in light of the development environment of capital market, and discusses the future development trend of China’s capital market. Aimed at standardizing the capital market in our country and promoting China’s economic development.
