目的 :探讨 Ahmed阀植入并 γ-干扰素贴敷治疗难治性青光眼疗效。方法 :将 1 2例 1 2只眼采用 Ahmed阀植入并 γ-干扰素贴敷。结果 :1 1例 1 1只眼得到控制 ,有效率达 91 .67%。结论 :Ahmed阀植入并 γ-干扰素贴敷是治疗难治性青光眼的一种简单有效的方法。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Ahmed valve implantation and γ-interferon sticking in refractory glaucoma. Methods: 12 cases of 12 eyes with Ahmed valve implantation and γ-interferon application. Results: In 11 cases, 11 eyes were controlled and the effective rate was 91.67%. Conclusion: The Ahmed valve implantation with interferon-γ is a simple and effective method for the treatment of refractory glaucoma.
