目的 利用人工冷海水制做犬重度体温过低症模型。 方法 用人工 (12± 2 )℃冷海水浸泡实验犬。 结果 当实验动物的肛温降至 (2 5± 0 .5 )℃时 ,其心输出量、心率明显下降 ,PR间期明显延长。 结论 海水浸泡性体温过低症犬的心功能明显减低 ,符合体温过低症模型的要求 ,在此基础上可进行不同的复温方法的比较研究
Objective To make a model of severe hypothermia in dogs by artificial cold seawater. Methods The experimental dogs were immersed in cold (12 ± 2) ℃ seawater. Results When the rectal temperature dropped to (25 ± 0. 5) ℃, the cardiac output and heart rate of experimental animals decreased significantly and the PR interval prolonged significantly. CONCLUSIONS: The heart function of dogs with seawater immersion hypothermia was significantly reduced, which conformed to the requirement of hypothermia model. On the basis of this, different methods of rewarming could be compared
