贵州少数民族传统技能人才现状作为一个多民族省份,贵州博大精深的民族民间文化资源造就了众多出色的少数民族传统技能人才。为更好地掌握贵州省少数民族传统技能人才的分布和生存状况,本文做了一次有关少数民族传统技能型人才的实地调研,分别对少数民族传统手工业人才、传统医药人才和特色传统餐饮人才进行了调查,涉及雷山、台江、凯里、安顺等14个县市区共195人,包括手工业人才125人、传统餐饮人才40人、传统医药人才30人。其中被列入国家级的传承人占23%,大师级的占25%,一般级的占30%,在当地有一定的名气但是影响范围较小的占22%。
As a multi-ethnic province, the state-of-the-art folk culture resources of Guizhou have created many outstanding traditional skill talents of ethnic minorities. In order to better understand the distribution and living conditions of traditional skills talents of ethnic minorities in Guizhou Province, this paper made a field investigation on traditional skills talents of ethnic minorities, and conducted a field study on minority traditional handicraftsmen, traditional medical professionals and traditional catering professionals respectively A total of 195 people in 14 counties and cities including Leishan, Taijiang, Carey and Anshun, including 125 handicraftsmen, 40 traditional catering workers and 30 traditional medicine workers, were investigated. Of these, 23% are state-level heirs, 25% are masters, and 30% are general-grade ones. Some have a well-known reputation in the region but 22% have a lesser impact.
