病历摘要患者,男性,65岁。因乙状结肠癌入我院外科。Bp110/70,桶状胸,双肺呼吸音粗,有哮鸣音。颈静脉无怒张,心尖搏动不明显,叩诊心浊音界无扩大。心率180次/分,律不齐。心音低钝。未闻杂
Patient summary, male, 65 years old. Due to sigmoid colon cancer into our hospital surgery. Bp110 / 70, barrel chest, lung breath sounds coarse, wheeze.
