目的观察白兔在接受胸腔港植入与中心静脉管植入的区别,以及药物注射后,胸腔内及全身的反应情况。方法将54只白兔随机分为3组,每组18只。A组胸腔留置植入式胸腔港,灌注0.9%氯化钠溶液;B组胸腔留置中心静脉管,灌注0.9%氯化钠溶液;C组胸腔留置植入式胸腔港,灌注顺铂。3个月后,检查各组白兔的机体健康情况,最后取埋港侧的港周软组织、管周软组织、壁层胸膜、膈肌面组织、及肺组织做病理检查。结果 A组实验前后血气结果无明显变化。A组白兔的感染程度明显低于B组;与C组相比,A组白兔胸管周围无明显粘连,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮下植入式胸腔港本身不产生胸膜粘连,对肺功能无明显影响,其感染率低于中心静脉管,效果肯定,可用于长期的引流及给药。
Objective To observe the difference between the implantation of the thoracic port and the central venous tube in rabbits and the response in the thorax and the whole body after the drug injection. Methods Fifty-four white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups with 18 rats in each group. A group of thoracic cavity implanted thoracic port, perfusion 0.9% sodium chloride solution; B group indwelling central venous tube, perfusion 0.9% sodium chloride solution; C group thoracic implant placement chest port, cisplatin. After 3 months, the body health of the rabbits in each group was examined. At last, the harboring soft tissue around the neck, perivascular soft tissue, parietal pleura, diaphragmatic surface, and lung tissue were taken for pathological examination. Results A group of blood gas results before and after no significant change. Group A rabbits infection was significantly lower than the B group; compared with the C group, rabbits in group A no significant adhesions around the chest tube, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Subcutaneous implanted thorax port itself does not produce pleural adhesions, no significant effect on pulmonary function, the infection rate is lower than the central venous tube, the effect is positive, can be used for long-term drainage and administration.
