目前我国正处于经济和社会发展的转型期,社会管理创新是构建社会主义和谐社会的基本途径。善治是使公共利益最大化的社会管理过程,是社会管理创新的最高目标,其本质特征在于它是政府与公民对公共生活的合作管理。文章阐明了社会管理创新的内涵,并分析了社会管理创新与善治的内在联系,最后在善治理念下指出了社会管理创新目标及路径。
At present, our country is in the transitional period of economic and social development. Social management innovation is the basic way to build a harmonious socialist society. Good governance is the social management process that maximizes the public interest and is the highest goal of social management innovation. Its essence is that it is the government and citizen’s cooperative management of public life. The article clarifies the connotation of social management innovation and analyzes the inherent relationship between social management innovation and good governance. Finally, it points out the goal and path of social management innovation under the concept of good governance.
