在互联网络技术不断发展的今天,网络舆情扮演者多种角色。其本质就是社会舆情在网络中的继续和发展,在其发展的过程中也展现出一定的规律性。网络系统可以作为人们表达社情民意的有效平台。但是对于高校来说,其网络舆情主要是围绕校园生活、安全问题以及师生关系以及校园管理制度等方面展开的,因此,对于高校的管理者来说,采取切实可行的方式来对校园的网络舆情进行管理和一道是至关重要的。
