对46例花粉症患者应用大佛水鼻喷雾剂治疗,于发病季节前2～4周或发病之初开始用药,直到季节过后。结果为:空气中蒿属花粉飘散高峰之前症状记分均值已开始下降,并持续下降,且较对照组症状记分低,按此法评定疗效,有效率为85％;根据治疗前和治疗3～4周时鼻粘膜激发试验记分评定疗效,有效率为73. 9％;治疗3～4周两侧鼻腔总阻力均值较治疗前和对照组低,按此法评定疗效,有效率为85％;治疗3～4周鼻分泌物中SIgA量升高。分析疗效的产生是由于大佛水鼻喷雾剂喷入鼻腔后起到局部脱敏的作用所致。
