天山堇菜的化学成分研究

目的研究天山堇菜Viola tianshanica干燥全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱法分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从天山堇菜全草70%乙醇提取物的石油醚、醋酸乙酯和正丁醇部位中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为腺苷(1)、尿嘧啶核糖核苷(2)、2,2′-二硫代二苯并噻唑(3)、α-亚麻酸甲酯(4)、α-亚麻酸单甘油酯(5)、1,2-二亚麻酸甘油酯(6)、1,3-二亚麻酸甘油酯(7)、姜糖脂A(8)、2,3-二亚麻酸甘油酯-1-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(9)、(2S,3S,4R,11E)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-11-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(10)、9-hydroxy-4-megastigmen-3-one(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)、胡萝卜苷(13)。结论化合物2~11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Aim To study the chemical constituents of Viola tianshanica in Tianshan Mountains. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions of 70% ethanol extract of Viola tianshanica, and were identified as adenosine (1), uracil ribonucleoside (2) Dithiobisbenzothiazole (3), α-linolenic acid methyl ester (4), α-linolenic acid monoglyceride (5) Diglycerin (7), gingerolipid A (8), 2,3-diglycerin -1-O-β-D-galactoside (9), (2S, 3S, 4R , 11E) -2 - [(2R) -2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino] -11-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (10), 9-hydroxy-4-megastigmen- (12), daucosterol (13). Conclusion Compounds 2 ~ 11 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 1 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
