报告我院1985—1988年改进膀胱粘膜代尿道治疗尿道下裂5～7岁儿童22例。采用自身膀胱粘膜制成新尿道管,移值贴敷接近原尿道口连接缝合,不使用电凝止血,术后无并发症发生,均获良好愈合。
Report from 1985 to 1988 in our hospital to improve the bladder and urethra in the treatment of hypospadias in children aged 5 to 7 in 22 cases. Using its own bladder mucosa made of new urethral tube, the value of the transfer paste close to the junction of the original urethra suture, do not use electrocoagulation to stop bleeding, no postoperative complications, were good healing.
