合理布局粮棉种植方式,既关系到一年的粮棉生产,又由于茬口调配的影响,关系到几年的粮棉生产,是粮棉两熟棉区冬播时的一项十分重要的工作。为了摸清在新形势下,粮棉双高产的种植方式,合理解决好粮棉配置问题,我们遵照毛主席关于“一切实际工作者必须向下作调查”的教导,到全县集中棉产区——旧口区作了些调查。现就以下三个问题整理报导。
