文章介绍了基于 PLC 的多级通讯系统在某冶金企业精炼配料项目中的应用,对几种方案进行了分析、比较,给出了系统通讯网络设计的最优方案和实现方法。系统采用了以太网、PROFIBUS-DP、MPI、USS 等多种通讯方式,将原有独立控制设备和相关执行设备接入到管理、控制层网络。结果证明该系统充分利用了原有硬件资源,通讯可靠,设计合理。
This paper introduces the application of multi-level communication system based on PLC in the refining ingredients project of a metallurgical enterprise, analyzes and compares several schemes, and presents the optimal scheme and realization method of system communication network design. System uses Ethernet, PROFIBUS-DP, MPI, USS and other means of communication, the original independent control equipment and related execution equipment access management, control layer network. The results show that the system makes full use of the original hardware resources, reliable communication and reasonable design.
