河北省政府日前下发《河北省水利改革发展“十二五”规划》(以下简称《规划》)。根据《规划》,未来5年,河北省城市污水处理率要达到90%以上,县城污水处理率达到85%以上。按照《规划》,未来5年河北省将加快南水北调配套工程、引黄工程建设步伐。大力开发利用非常规水源,加强雨水集蓄利用、再生水回用等非常规水源工程建设,新增供水能力42.8亿立方米。
Hebei Provincial Government recently issued “Hebei Province, water conservancy reform and development ” Twelve-Five “Planning” (hereinafter referred to as “Planning”). According to “planning”, the next five years, Hebei Province, urban sewage treatment rate to reach 90%, the county sewage treatment rate reached 85%. According to “Planning”, Hebei Province will speed up the construction of the South-North Water Diversion Project and the Yellow River Diversification Project in the next five years. Vigorously develop and use of unconventional sources of water, strengthen rainwater harvesting and utilization, reclaimed water reuse and other unconventional water source construction, new water supply capacity of 4.28 billion cubic meters.
