为了得到COREX熔炼造气炉内初渣、中间渣以及终渣的化学成分,通过试验研究熔炼造气炉内的成渣反应和成渣过程,对炉渣黏度进行检测,得到炉渣成分及其性质。在分析试验数据基础上,得出影响炉渣性质的主要因素是碱度,随着终渣w(FeO)的降低,碱度先变高再变低,炉渣的熔化性温度也由1 268℃升高到1 442℃,再由1 442℃降低到1 332℃。
In order to obtain the chemical composition of the primary slag, the intermediate slag and the final slag in the gasification furnace of COREX smelting furnace, the slagging reaction and the slag forming process in the smelting gasification furnace are studied through experiments, and the slag viscosity is detected to obtain the slag composition and properties. Based on the analysis of the experimental data, the main factor affecting the properties of the slag is alkalinity. With the decrease of the final w (FeO), the alkalinity firstly becomes high and then low, and the melting temperature of the slag increases from 1 268 ℃ High to 1442C, then reduced from 1442C to 1332C.
