米索前列醇是一种合成的前列腺素E_1类似物。本研究的目的是证实单独应用米索前列醇终止早孕的有效性与安全性。 720例健康并符合下列标准早孕妇女作为研究对象:≥18岁,孕龄≤63 d,有充分的精神准备,电话联系方便,居住地<30 km,若因医疗需要愿意接受手术流产,静脉易穿刺,研究期间同意禁止性交与饮酒,愿意随访。禁忌症为:血红蛋白<10.0g/dl,血压≥160/90 mmHg,健康欠佳,子宫出血史,急性生殖器炎症及对米索前列醇有过敏史。
Misoprostol is a synthetic prostaglandin E 1 analogue.
