分析了国内外冷烧结矿筛分机筛板的应用现状,提出开展冷矿筛板材质研究的必要性,并对冷矿筛板的成分进行了研制。为了进一步提高筛板的机械性能,还对筛板的变质处理工艺和热处理工艺进行了深入研究。试验结果表明,筛板经科学变质处理和热处理后,综合机械性能得到改善。装机使用表明,新研制的筛板耐磨性好,使用安全可靠,可以替代进口。
The status quo of application of smelting frit screening machine at home and abroad is analyzed. The necessity of carrying out the research on cold sifter sifting material is put forward. The composition of cold smelting frit is also studied.
