目的:通过流行病学调查和实验室检测结果分析本次食物中毒原因,为预防突发性公共卫生事件的发生提供科学依据。方法:参照GB/T4789-2003[1]方法对患儿大便、剩余食物、餐具、从业人员手样和肛试等样品进行病原菌检测。结果:在患儿大便、餐具中均检出4C型福氏志贺菌,剩余食物和从业人员肛试、手样中均未检出。结论:本次食物中毒是食品加工操作环节控制不严,造成4C型福氏志贺菌污染引起的。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the causes of food poisoning through epidemiological investigation and laboratory test results, and provide a scientific basis for prevention of sudden public health incidents. Methods: According to the method of GB / T4789-2003 [1], stool samples of children with stool, residual food, tableware, practitioners’ hands and anus test were tested. Results: In children with stool, tableware were detected in the 4C-type Shigella flexneri, the remaining food and practitioners anal test, hand samples were not detected. Conclusion: This food poisoning is not strict control of food processing operations, resulting in 4C-caused Shigella flexneri pollution.
