测定了不同煎煮时间的四物汤煎膏煎出率和还原糖、磷脂含量。当煎煮时间达到30mi n时煎出率、还原糖、磷脂含量达最高，分别为33．1％、54．4mg／ml、42．06μg／ml。
The boiling rate of Siwu decoction extract, reducing sugar and phospholipid content in different boiling time were measured. The boiling rate, reducing sugar and phospholipid content reached the highest when the boiling time reached 30mi n, which were 33.1%, 54.4mg/ml and 42.06μg/ml, respectively.
