编写多卷本《中国共产党北京历史》是市委下达给市委党史研究室的一项重要政治任务和科研任务。在《中国共产党北京历史(第一卷)》于建党80周年公开出版后,市委党史研究室及时筹划《中国共产党北京历史(第二卷)》的编写工作,该书起迄时间为1949年中华人民共和国成立到1978年党的十一届三中全会召开前。编好写作大纲是保证此项工程顺利实施的第一步。
The preparation of the multi-volume “History of the Chinese Communist Party Beijing” is an important political and scientific task assigned by the Municipal Party Committee to the Party History Research Institute. After the publication of the “History of the Chinese Communist Party Beijing (Volume I)” on the 80th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, the Party History Research Office of the Communist Party of China organized the preparation of the “History of Beijing, China (Volume II)” of the Communist Party of China from 1949 to 1949 The People’s Republic of China was founded until 1978 by the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. Writing a good outline is to ensure the smooth implementation of this project the first step.
