近年来,我校对班主任队伍呈现年轻化等现状进行了分析,有效地提高班主任的专业素养成为摆在学校面前的重要课题。为此,学校确立了“组织主题班会竞赛,提高班主任专业素养的策略研究”课题,以主题班会竞赛为突破口,以主题班会的基本功训练为切入点,围绕“强技能,重实效,求发展”的班主任培训总体目标,有效地提高班主任的专业素养。在反复论证的基础上,采取行动研究的方法,先训后赛,制定了“两段—三重点—三结合—三环节”
