刺激响应聚合物是当今材料科学研究的热点之一,其能够感受外界刺激,以自身的物理或者化学性质发生变化作为响应,在药物可控释放和生物传感器等方面有广阔的应用。电压刺激是一种清洁而简单的刺激方式,在生物医学领域中有潜在应用,具有重要的研究价值。基于β-环糊精和二茂铁的体系是目前研究最多的电压刺激响应体系。本文综述了该体系近期的相关工作,从该体系的响应原理、结构、表征和应用四个方面进行了论述,并就该体系的改进和发展进行了展望。
Stimuli-responsive polymers are one of the hot topics in material science research today. They can feel external stimuli and respond to changes in their physical or chemical properties. They are widely used in controlled release of drugs and biosensors. Voltage stimulation is a clean and simple stimulation method, which has potential applications in the field of biomedicine and has important research value. The system based on β-cyclodextrin and ferrocene is the most studied voltage-stimulated response system. This article summarizes the recent work of the system, discusses the four aspects of the system: response principle, structure, characterization and application, and prospects the improvement and development of the system.
