为加强人群白喉免疫水平监测,考核预防接种效果,我们对监测点人群进行了白喉免疫水平测定。一、锡克氏试验结果:共调查311人,阳性18人,阳性率5.8%。男性阳性率3.8%(6/157);女性阳性率7.8%(12/154)。两组间无显著差异(p>0.05)。除13～15岁组75人中未发现阳性外,2～4岁、6～8岁、25～39岁年龄组阳性率分别为1.3%、4.6%、17.6%、两小年龄组间无差异(p>0.05),但其与大年龄组间有极显著差异(x~2=7.12,p<0.01)。25～39岁育龄妇女52人,阳性10人,阳性率19.2
In order to strengthen the monitoring of diphtheria immunity level and evaluate the vaccination effect, we conducted the diphtheria immunization level test on the monitoring point population. First, the Sick’s test results: 311 were investigated, 18 were positive, the positive rate of 5.8%. The positive rate of males was 3.8% (6/157); the positive rate of females was 7.8% (12/154). There was no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05). The positive rates of 2 ~ 4 years old, 6 ~ 8 years old and 25 ~ 39 years old group were 1.3%, 4.6% and 17.6%, respectively, except 75 of 13 ~ 15 years old group, there was no difference between the two age groups (p> 0.05), but it was significantly different from the older age group (x ~ 2 = 7.12, p <0.01). 52 to 39 women of childbearing age 52, 10 were positive, the positive rate of 19.2
