体验是企业广阔的展示舞台,是创新驰骋的无垠空间,企业在这里大有可为。商用车作为工具性商品有着特别丰富的体验内容等着我们去开掘。马云最近在央视《开讲啦》节目中演讲时说:“有人对我说,你们公司的客户服务做得很好,其实,客户要的不是服务,客户要的是体验。有时候,你做了一大堆的服务,还不如人家说一句话,做了一件小小的事。”虽然马云是出于赞扬妇女在服务中的作用而讲出这番话的,却道出了一条现代商业箴言:体验重于服务。
