The three active carbon producers in the Philippines currently have a project valued at US$6.25 million and are looking for potential partners at home and abroad. The situation of these companies is published in the Philippine Investment column. The first company is located in the province of Light Province and has a value of 3.5 million U.S. dollars. It plans to extract 3,450 tons of coconut shells by steam activation.
