目的 了解下呼吸道感染菌的耐药状况 ,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法 采用VITAK32全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统 ,并按 2 0 0 2年NCCLs抗生素敏感性判断标准进行分析。结果 在分离的 174 7株致病菌中 ,革兰阴性杆菌占 79.3% ,大肠埃希菌ESBLs占 4 3% ,肺炎克雷伯菌ESBLs占 2 7%。高敏感性药物为亚胺培南、环丙沙星和阿米卡星。革兰阳性菌占 0 .5 9% ,高敏感性药物为万古霉素、呋喃妥因和复方新诺明。结论 下呼吸道感染菌谱广泛且耐药率较高 ,应高度重视细菌耐药性监测并加强抗生素的合理使用
Objective To understand the drug resistance of lower respiratory tract infection and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods VITAK32 automatic bacterial identification and drug susceptibility analysis system was adopted and analyzed according to the antibiotic susceptibility criteria of NCCLs in 2002. Results Among the 174 strains isolated, Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 79.3%, Escherichia coli ESBLs accounted for 43% and Klebsiella pneumoniae ESBLs accounted for 27%. Highly sensitive drugs are imipenem, ciprofloxacin and amikacin. Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 0.59%, high-sensitivity drugs vancomycin, nitrofurantoin and cotrimoxazole. Conclusions The spectrum of lower respiratory tract infection is broad and the rate of resistance is high, so we should attach great importance to the monitoring of bacterial resistance and enhance the rational use of antibiotics
