大力发展资本市场 ,是党的十六届三中全会提出的加快建设全国统一市场的重要任务 ,也是完善社会主义市场经济体制的重要内容。目前 ,我国资本市场建设存在着种种误区和制约因素。本文就其中的有关问题 ,如资本收益率差异、储蓄与投资关系的扭曲、农村资本市场窒息等 ,进行了研究分析。笔者认为 ,建设与发展我国的资本市场中 ,这几个问题有着深刻影响 ,必须重视解决之
Vigorously developing the capital market is an important task put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee in accelerating the construction of a unified national market.
