“学历再高,不如一技在手。”中等职业学校办学理念正是从“一技之长”的视角出发,致力于培养中职生的综合职业能力,由此,“综合职业能力”成为职校的人才培养的首要目标。然如何使中职生职业能力得以“跃升”呢?这正是本文研究的目的所在,对此,笔者采用理论联系实际、文献研究、实地考察等方法对中职生职业能力开发的路径进行研究,提出了以市场为导向,优化课程体系;以企业为载体,强化职场历练;以实践为主导,开展校企合作;以实习为依托,提升职业技能等为内容的中职生职业开发路径,通过这些方法在中职生发展各个阶段中的实施,得到了明显的效果,为中职生更好地走向职场、更快地适应职场、更宽地拓展职业道路奠定了坚实的基础。
