眼镜蛇(Naja naja atra)的蛇毒的分离国内外均有一些报告,它主要的毒性成份是神经毒和心脏毒,已经分离提纯,关于其中两种毒素的药理毒理研究已有不少文献,我国对神经毒素和心脏毒素系统的药理、毒性,及其综合利用的研究仅仅是开始,为了能在粗毒实验研究和临床观察的基础上,进行更深入的药理机理研究,我们参考了Tamiya及Abe的报告,应用羧甲基纤维素柱层析和盐浓度直线梯度洗脱方法,对眼镜蛇毒毒性组份进行分离并检定其毒性。
The venom of Naja naja atra has been reported both at home and abroad. Its main toxic components are neurotoxicity and heart toxicity. It has been isolated and purified. There are many literatures on the pharmacology and toxicology of the two toxins. Research on the pharmacology, toxicity, and comprehensive utilization of neurotoxins and cardiotoxins systems is only the beginning. In order to conduct more in-depth pharmacological mechanism studies based on crude toxicity experimental studies and clinical observations, we refer to Tamiya and Abe. The report, the use of carboxymethyl cellulose column chromatography and salt concentration linear gradient elution method, the cobra venom toxicity components were separated and tested for toxicity.
