风疹又称瘾疹、■癗,民间称风疹块、风团、风疹疙瘩,西医称荨麻疹。此病初起时皮肤骤然搔痒,硬疹园形隆起,有红色、白色和淡红色。大如豆、小如点,往往在四肢对称出现,也有遍及全身。发展不平衡,有的分散,有的密集,若经搔抓后,疹块形状变化很大,互相融合成片。出得快,消失也快,首批疹退,后批再出,疹退皮肤无痕迹是其特点。亦有无疹身奇痒,经搔抓后,随指痕凸出皮肤形成条状疹块。除外观有疹块之外,胃经(消化道)亦有病变存在,如口腔燥火、腹痛、腹泄、便秘结、(口恶)心或呕吐。
