急性低钠综合征（ALNS）是流行性出血热（EHF）的常见并发症，严重时可导致死亡。现将我院1993年10月～1996年11月收治的EHF并发ALNS30例分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况30例中，男19例，女11例；年龄17～62岁，平均32.3岁。重型4例，危重型26例；发生在低血压期6例，死亡1例；
Acute hyponatremic syndrome (ALNS) is a common complication of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) and can cause death in severe cases. Now our hospital from October 1993 to November 1996 admitted to EHF complicated by ALNS 30 cases are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General 30 cases, 19 males and 11 females; aged 17 to 62 years, mean 32.3 years old. 4 cases were severe and 26 cases were critically ill; 6 cases occurred during hypotension and 1 died;
