1973年我们在海南某地进行疟疾防治工作时,发现数例抗氯喹恶性疟病例,其中1例用多种抗疟药疗效均差。1074年经广东省有关部门派出小组到该地验证属实,现将2个典型病例报告如下: 例1 黄××,男,24岁,1971年到海南。1972年1月14日初发疟疾(恶性疟及间日疟混合感染),经氯喹14片治疗控制症状。同年6月起几乎每月有疟疾症状发作。先后入院
