拍卖是一种公开竞价的商品交易方式,《中华人民共和国拍卖法》第三条对拍卖做了如下规定:“拍卖是指以公开竞价的形式,将特定物品或者财产权利转让给最高应价者的买卖方式。”简单地说,拍卖就是竞买者之间为购得拍卖物品而竞争叫价的过程。
The auction is an open bidding commodity trading method. Article 3 of the “Auction Law of the People’s Republic of China” stipulates the auction as follows: “Auction means the transfer of certain goods or property rights to the highest bidder in the form of an open auction ”To put it simply, an auction is the process by which bidders compete for price for the purchase of auctioned items.
