工会将建立健全劳动争议预防和预警机制。全国总工会法律工作部部长刘继臣日前说,各级工会将在劳动争议预防工作的基础上建立健全自下而上的预警机制,完善企业劳动争议信息员制度、地方劳动争议信息协调、信息收集和分析评估制度等,通过预测、预报和预防等措施,及时发现和排查处置有可能引发劳动争议事件的隐患,有效避免和减少社会不稳定现象和群体性事件的发生。
