一般认为,静脉注射用免疫球蛋白(IVIG)制品较安全不会引起病毒传播。但近年来报道有些患者由于接受市售IVIG治疗而产生丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体,并且发现部分IVIG制品HCV抗体阳性率较高。为此作者抽查了近期法国市场上由数家公司生产的9批IVIG制品,检测HCV抗体采用第2代ELISA试验和重组免疫印迹(RIBA)试验,用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测HCV-RNA,分别在3个采用不同引物对的实验室进行。结果有2份样本检出HCV抗体;另2份样本为PCR阳性(其中1份样本在两个实验室结果阳性,另1份样本在第3个实验室结果
It is generally believed that intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) products safer will not cause the virus to spread. However, it has been reported in recent years that some patients develop hepatitis C virus (HCV) antibodies as a result of receiving IVIV treatment on the market and found that some IVIG preparations have a high positive rate of HCV antibodies.
