目前教师在体育课堂教学中,往往只强调教师的主导地位,在教学中按照“刺激——反馈”的模式,向学生发出信号,学生则根据信号被动地作出反应,忽视了对学生的自我学习、自我评价、自我教育的能力培养。教学的本质是交往,离开了交往,师生关系就是外在的而不能成为教育力量的真正源泉,甚至反倒成了教育的阻力。因此,新课程下的课堂教学,要求我们通过师生间的互动来建立良好的师生关系,让学生体验到平等、自由、民主、尊重、信任、友善、理解等。同时也受到激励、鞭策、感化、鼓舞、召唤、指导,形成积极的、丰富的人生态度与感情体验。
