从2014年7月开始,作为中美关系中与政治互信、经贸合作并列的三大支柱之一,人文交流高层磋商首次与“战略对话”“经济对话”同步进行,中美人文交流呈现出前所未有的良好态势,以宽领域、多层次、广覆盖的新格局,开辟了两国人民交往的新渠道,并以“润物细无声”的独特方式厚植民意基础,丰富了中美关系内涵,拉近了两国人民的距离。
