利用X 射线衍射、显微硬度测定等手段研究了ZnAl40 合金的时效分解特性, 并通过SEM 和TEM 观察了时效过程中合金的微观组织变化。结果表明, 在时效过程中, 合金的硬度发生变化, 硬度峰值与时效温度有关, 且随着时效时间延长, α′Al 的点阵参数增加。在时效过程中, 过饱和固溶体α′Al 发生分解, 在晶界处通过非连续沉淀反应, 形成粒状组织; 晶内通过spinodal 分解, 形成类织物(tweed) 组织
The aging decomposition properties of ZnAl40 alloy were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and microhardness measurement. The microstructure changes of the alloy during aging were observed by SEM and TEM. The results show that during the aging process, the hardness of the alloy changes, the peak hardness and aging temperature, and with the aging time, α’Al lattice parameters increase. During the aging process, the supersaturated solid solution α’Al decomposes and forms non-continuous precipitation reaction at the grain boundaries to form granular structures; the crystals are decomposed by spinodal to form tweed tissues
