本项研究改进了护理质量评价模式 ,研制了护理人力资源动态调配方法、整体护理临床应用及临床业务管理等 ,编制成相互关联的 6个功能摸块 ,成为军惠工程子系统 ,依托军惠系统形成网络化管理。各功能模块利用军惠系统中的大量信息及系统自身功能科学、快速、有效地实施所研制的方法。规范了工作程序 ,提高了工作效率 ,有效地促进了医院护理质量的提高。
This study has improved the nursing quality assessment model, developed a dynamic deployment method for nursing manpower resources, clinical application of integrated nursing, and clinical business management, and developed six interrelated functional blocks, which became a subsystem of military engineering, relying on military benefits. The system forms a networked management. Each function module makes use of a large amount of information in the system of military benefits and the function of the system itself to implement the developed method scientifically, quickly and effectively. Standardized working procedures, improved work efficiency, and effectively promoted the quality of hospital care.
