本文从经济法责任的概念、基本特征及其独立性三方面对经济法责任进行了初步探究。其中,经济法责任是一个有别于经济责任、经济法律责任的概念,具体指是由于经济法主体违反经济法的义务或者对经济法规定的权利有行使不当所必须承担的法律后果。它有四个基本特征,而且还对经济责任的独立进行了简要介绍,最后从克服宽泛的经济法责任和规范经济法责任文本这两方面对经济法责任独立的完善进行了简要说明。
This article from the three aspects of the concept of economic law responsibility, basic characteristics and its independence of economic law responsibility for a preliminary study. Among them, the responsibility of economic law is a concept that is different from economic liability and economic legal responsibility, and specifically refers to the legal consequences that must be borne by the main body of economic law in violation of the obligations of economic law or improper exercise of the rights stipulated in economic law. It has four basic characteristics, but also gives a brief introduction of the independence of economic responsibility. Finally, it gives a brief description of the improvement of the independent responsibility of economic law from overcoming the responsibility of broad economic law and regulating the responsibility text of economic law.
