本文简要介绍了数字鸿沟的概念和表征,指出了在消除数字鸿沟的过程中图书馆所起的作用,具体表现为三种角色:宣传者/倡导者,协作者,实践者。
This article briefly introduces the concept and characterization of the digital divide and points out the role of the library in bridging the digital divide. It is characterized by three roles: advocate / advocate, collaborator, practitioner.
