新能源汽车交换电电设施作为一项新的产业,面临着技术成熟度不足、产业成本投入过高、市场机制不完善等诸多问题。虽然政府强力支持以及技术的快速进步促进相关产业的发展,但合适的商业模式的创新以及市场机制的完善才是实现产业发展的关键。本课题将对我国运营模式现状的分类特点和影响因素进行分析,对新能源汽车运营模式问题的多角度研究,对于如何推动交换电设施建设,形成适于中国的交换电设运营模式与产业发展具有较强的理论与现实意义。
