今年11月初,日本京都同志社大学和京都产业大学在京都举办了“21世纪国际化经营”与“中国经济的未来和日资企业的作用”两个研讨会。逾百日本企业界代表和学者参加研讨。上海社科院部门经济研究所所长、著名经济学家厉无畏研究员应邀与会,并在会上作了题为“新世纪中国经济增长趋势”的基调报告,受到与会者的好评。在会议举行的大型招待会上,厉无畏研究员又被邀请为嘉宾作15钟的发言。厉无畏研究员针对在日本出现的所谓“中国威胁论”作了即席讲话,指了出“中国威胁论”应改变为“中国机会论”,获得大多数与会者的赞同。现将其讲话刊登于下,以飨读者。
In early November of this year, Kyoto Doshisha University and Kyoto University of Technology held two seminars on “Internationalization in the 21st Century” and “The Future of China’s Economy and the Role of Japanese-funded Enterprises” in Kyoto. Over 100 Japanese business representatives and scholars participated in the seminar. Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences Department of Economic Research Institute, renowned economist Li Fearless Fellow was invited to attend the meeting and made a speech entitled “China’s economic growth trend in the new century,” the keynote speech, praised by the participants. During the large reception held at the conference, the staunch researcher was invited again to make a speech for guests of 15 minutes. Profound researchers made an impromptu speech on the so-called “China threat theory” appearing in Japan, pointing out that the “China threat theory” should be changed into “China’s opportunity theory,” with the approval of the majority of participants.
