《思想品德新课程标准》将提出问题作为学生创新能力培养的目标和正向评判指标。然而从目前初中思想品德课堂教学实际看,大部分学生最欠缺的就是发现和提出问题的能力。
The “New Curriculum Standard for Ideological and Moral Standards” will raise questions as a target and a positive criterion for the training of students’ innovative abilities. However, from the actual situation of junior high school ideological and moral classroom teaching, most students lack the ability to find and ask questions.
